Emails may not be super exciting, but for Samsung Southeast Asia, Customer Data Management (CDM) is a crucial way for the brand to connect with its users.

When we started working with Samsung, we transformed their marketing content. We changed it from basic tech information to engaging stories that showcase how their products can help their users ‘Do What They Can’t’.

into Entertainment.

Handling email can be tiresome with all the urgent messages. Instead of being just another chore, imagine if emails were enjoyable, offering entertainment rather than just another thing to read or do.

By changing key parts of the email design, we can boost creativity, challenging the idea that emails are dull and get deleted.

Each design is made modular to be easily adjusted for different audience groups using our design system.
